Drilling For The Tungsten The West Can’t Afford To Lose.

Allegiance Resources (CSE: ALLG, OTC: Coming Soon, FSE: BG5) is a Canadian exploration company focused entirely on tungsten — one of the world’s most critical and strategic metals.

Allegiance is advancing tungsten opportunities in strategic North American jurisdictions, positioning the company directly in the path of growing government, defence and industrial investment.[2][3][16][21]Industry context only; these are not funding awards to Allegiance.

One metal. One focus. One massive supply gap.

Who we are

Allegiance Resources Corp. is a North American tungsten development company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol ALLG and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.[30][32][34][35]

The featured portfolio comprises four tungsten projects across 2,046 hectares in the Revelstoke and Kamloops Mining Divisions of British Columbia and in Humboldt County, Nevada. The proposed acquisition remains subject to exchange review and approval and has not closed.[30][32][34][35]

Union Carbide, Canada Tungsten, Denison Mines, Northair Mines, Kerr Addison and Noranda all found tungsten on this ground between 1971 and 1985. Their work established a 10 kilometre stratabound tungsten belt at the Five T’s, a drill-tested scheelite skarn at Thanksgiving, a past-producing skarn at Golden Scheelite, and a located source target at Rio Grande.[30][32][34][35]

Subject to completion of the proposed acquisition, Allegiance intends to advance exploration and resource definition on the featured projects. Planned work is subject to financing, permitting and technical evaluation; production is not assured.[30][32][34][35]

The record

Every drill log, assay certificate, geophysical survey and geological map from their work sits in the public record, and every target they identified is still there.

1981

Kerr Addison

Examined and sampled Thanksgiving, returning 16.2, 1.99 and 1.58 percent WO₃.

[32][33]Historical exploration; not a current resource estimate.
1981

Noranda

Staked the ground around Thanksgiving and flew airborne electromagnetics and magnetics over it.

Corporate structure

The featured portfolio includes British Columbia mineral tenures and the Golden Scheelite lode claims in Nevada. The proposed acquisition remains subject to exchange review and approval and has not closed. The portfolio presentation does not establish that the proposed transaction has been completed.

The Nevada location may be relevant to North American defence supply chains. Location alone does not establish eligibility for government procurement or funding, and the proposed acquisition remains subject to exchange review and approval.[11][12]Procurement restrictions apply to covered materials and covered countries, with statutory exceptions. U.S. ownership alone does not establish contract eligibility.
