Cautionary Statement Regarding Historical Estimates

All coordinates are NAD 83. British Columbia occurrence coordinates are as published in BC MINFILE. Grades and results shown are historical in nature, were reported by operators unrelated to the Company, and have not been verified by Allegiance Resources Corp. They are not mineral resources or mineral reserves.[30][32][34][35]

A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify any historical result as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve. The Company is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves.

W is converted to WO3 at a factor of 1.2611. Grab, character, and float samples are selective in nature and are not representative of the grade of any mineralised zone. Drill widths reported are core lengths; true widths are not known.[7][37]WO₃ / W mass ratio calculated from molar masses: (183.84 + 3 × 15.999) / 183.84 ≈ 1.2611.

Scientific and technical information requires review and approval by a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 prior to public distribution.[37]

For Golden Scheelite, current claim positions, land status, conservation boundaries and habitat constraints require confirmation against Bureau of Land Management records before publication.
