Golden Scheelite

A past-producing scheelite skarn on federal ground in Nevada. 3.59 percent WO₃ in historical sampling. Historical issuer reporting is distinct from the status of the proposed acquisition, which remains pending exchange review and approval.[35][36]

Highlights
Historically reported interest

The issuer reported a 100 percent interest through direct staking in its September 2026 release. This historical announcement does not establish that the proposed acquisition described on this website has closed.[35][36]

Jurisdiction

Nevada, United States. From 1 January 2027, DFARS procurement restrictions extend to mining and feedstock for covered tungsten materials in covered countries, subject to exceptions. This policy does not establish a funding award or procurement contract for the project.[35][36][11]

Past producer

Shipped tungsten to the Getchell mill in 1953 under the Defense Production Act purchase programme, the last time the United States government paid directly for domestic tungsten.[35][36]

Grade

3.59 percent WO₃ from historical sampling. 0.71 percent WO₃ on the material shipped.[35][36]

Geology

Scheelite in garnet-pyroxene-epidote tactite along a quartz monzonite contact. The contact runs the length of the claim block and has never been mapped in detail or tested along strike.[35][36]

Ready to test

The 1953 workings expose scheelite tactite at surface, ready for systematic channel sampling this autumn.[35][36]

Overview

Golden Scheelite comprises seventeen unpatented lode claims totalling 347.09 acres on Bureau of Land Management ground in the Varyville district of northern Humboldt County, Nevada, one mile southwest of Bartlett Peak at the north end of the Black Rock Range. The claims cover the historical Golden Scheelite Prospect, recorded by the United States Geological Survey as a past producer.[35][36]

The property was worked in 1953 and 1954 during the Defense Production Act tungsten purchase programme. Six tons at 0.71 percent WO₃ were shipped to the Getchell mill in 1953. The workings comprise a 50 foot open cut and three trenches.[35][36]

Allegiance staked all seventeen claims in August 2026 through Wolfram Critical Minerals Inc. The Bureau of Land Management has accepted, serialised and recorded every claim.[35][36]

Location and infrastructure

The property lies between the Black Rock Range and the Pine Forest Range, approximately 40 miles west of the Quinn River Crossing on Nevada State Route 140 and 90 miles northwest of Winnemucca, by dirt road. Elevation is approximately 1,690 metres. The claims sit on Bureau of Land Management ground administered by the Winnemucca District.[35][36]

The rock

Geology and mineralisation

Geology

Metamorphic rocks enclosed by quartz monzonite of Cretaceous to Tertiary age. Scheelite-bearing tactite along and near the contact between biotite-feldspar-quartz schist and the intrusion.[35][36]

The Varyville district comprises Tertiary volcanics and metamorphosed Triassic and Jurassic sediments intruded by granodiorite and diorite, with tungsten hosted in irregular tactite bodies cutting bedding on the west side of the range.[35][36]

Mineralisation

Scheelite and powellite in a garnet-pyroxene-epidote-quartz tactite. Scheelite occurs throughout the tactite and fluoresces canary yellow under ultraviolet light, indicating molybdenum content. Tungsten is reported to 2 percent WO₃ across the tactite bodies, with sampling to 3.59 percent WO₃.[35][36]

The numbers

Historical results

Production, 1953. Six tons at 0.71 percent WO₃ to the Getchell mill.[35][36]

Sampling. Scheelite tactite to 3.59 percent WO₃ from the floor of a 7 foot shaft in the open cut.[35][36]

Historical results were collected and reported by operators unrelated to Allegiance Resources Corp. The Company has not verified these results and is not treating any of them as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve.

What's next

Exploration targets

The workings

The 1953 open cut and trenches expose scheelite tactite that has never been systematically sampled.[35][36]

The contact

Scheelite tactite tracks the quartz monzonite contact for the length of the claim block, untested in either direction.[35][36]

Depth

No drilling. The extent of tactite below the workings is unknown.[35][36]

The district

The Saddle Tungsten Mine, a second Varyville tungsten property, carried a federal Defense Minerals Exploration Administration docket in the 1950s. The district's tungsten potential has never been assessed with modern methods.[35][36]

Planned programme

Autumn 2026. Mapping of the claim block and the contact. Ultraviolet prospecting.

Systematic rock and channel sampling of the open cut and trenches.

Soil geochemistry across the contact zone. Drill targets.
